Mission
REGENERINT explores the intersection of biophysics and health — examining how light and the electromagnetic environment affect biological function at the most foundational level. My mission is to distill complex information from the fields of circadian and quantum biology into decision-driving actionable intelligence.
My work is rooted in first principles, aligned with the laws and rhythms of nature, and built on a decentralized model that prioritizes accessibility, autonomy, and affordability. Circadian and quantum biology applications complement existing medical care and easily integrate with treatment plans — amplifying their effectiveness by addressing environmental and lifestyle variables that most approaches overlook. This synergy offers real hope and agency, especially for those who have been chronically ill without answers or are simply seeking competitive edge.
Approach & Guiding Principles
My approach is rooted in a set of core standards and principles that define how I view and support my own health and the health of my clients:
First Principles Thinking: I approach complex health challenges by breaking them down into their most fundamental components. This method helps identify and address root causes rather than rely solely on symptom management.
Biophysics-Based Approach: A first-principles approach necessitates a deeper exploration—looking beyond biochemistry, which examines life at the molecular level, and into the more foundational realm of biophysics, where we study life’s mechanics at the atomic and subatomic scale.
Alignment with Nature: Natural systems are the most resilient and regenerative systems on the planet. Recognizing the wisdom in nature’s design, I focus on restoring connection to its laws, rhythms, and cycles to support and sustain health and vitality.
Decentralization & Sovereignty: Natural systems are decentralized systems (think mycelial networks). I believe everyone has the right to a direct, personal access to regenerative intelligence without the impediments of centralized intermediaries and profit-driven dependencies derived from broken monetary incentives.
Education & Informed Consent: Knowledge is empowerment. My goal is to share information that helps people make informed decisions about their own health and lives. My love for learning fuels this work, and I hope to spark that same curiosity in others.
Epigenetics & Environment: I emphasize the role of epigenetics, recognizing that environmental and lifestyle factors exert greater influence on the expression of health or disease than genetics alone. This understanding reframes the narrative from one of genetic determinism to one of empowerment in shaping how our biology is expressed.
Innate Healing Intelligence: I believe in the body’s inherent ability to heal and sustain health when given the right conditions. My role is to help you design a lifestyle and environment that activate this healing potential.
Bioindividuality: Every person is unique. Recommendations are tailored to individual needs, biology, history, and environment.
Holistic, Systems-Level Analysis: Health is best understood through a systems lens — the body as an interconnected whole rather than a collection of isolated parts. This perspective allows for more comprehensive and effective approaches to physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
My Story
My name is Timothy Hammond, and I'm a biophysics-based health researcher and strategic advisor. Through REGENERINT, I examine how electromagnetic environments affect the biological systems underlying cognition, physiological resilience, and long-term health. I enjoy producing research-driven educational content that makes the science of circadian and quantum biology accessible to the public.
My Career Journey
I am a former intelligence analyst, disinformation investigator, and strategic advisor with over twelve years of experience spanning defense, cybersecurity, data privacy, protective intelligence, and institutional strategy. My career has been defined by building capabilities where none existed and translating complex information into actionable intelligence for senior decision-makers across the military, legal, academic, and private sectors.
I previously served as a director within the Department of Defense’s premier institution for higher education in the cyberspace domain, information environment, and emerging technologies, where I was the primary liaison to federal agencies, private industry, and academia. Prior to that, I was a senior program manager for a top U.S. law firm, where I pioneered an enterprise-scale user data privacy program for a Fortune 50 company under the largest FTC enforcement action in U.S. regulatory history. As an Open Source Intelligence and Investigative Analyst, I led a multi-year investigation into political disinformation operations targeting a U.S. ally, developing methodologies for detecting coordinated inauthentic behavior and producing attribution-grade analytical products supporting international litigation and platform enforcement actions. I also led an OSINT unit within a private security organization, providing protective intelligence for high-value individuals and major public events. I began my career as a geopolitical and cultural analyst as a contractor for the U.S. military, serving as a subject matter expert for Marine Corps University, developing pre-deployment courses and instructing thousands of Marines across three combatant command areas of responsibility.
My Health Journey
Parallel to my career, I was fighting an invisible battle. For years, I experienced waves of unexplained health crashes — chronic pain, debilitating fatigue, brain fog, impaired immunity, neurological complications. I was regularly dismissed, gaslit, and told it was in my head. Eventually, I was diagnosed with late-disseminated Lyme disease with multiple coinfections and complicating factors, including babesiosis, bartonellosis, and a heavy mycotoxin burden. What followed was a journey deeper into the maze of the centralized medical system — dozens of pharmaceutical protocols, countless supplements, brutal treatment reactions — with limited and unsustained results. I became medically disabled and unable to work, lost in a turbulent sea of chronic illness.
My health challenges, though difficult and very isolating, were also enlightening and paradigm-shifting. The experience opened my eyes to certain systemic issues and broken incentive structures that negatively impact our food and medical systems. I became acutely sensitive to pollutants and biological stressors in modern living environments that negatively impact everyone’s health, but with which I would otherwise have remained ignorant. I came to believe that I was simply a canary in the coal mine - and that people like me were an early warning system for society. I saw many people being diagnosed with labels that described sets of symptoms with no explanations of root cause. This motivated me to learn all I could to unravel the puzzle.
Over time, the clearest and most significant pattern I observed was that I felt better the more time I spent outdoors. It seemed self-evident that time in nature is healing, but I needed to understand why. Applying the same first-principles methodology from my intelligence career, I looked beyond the biochemistry that conventional allopathic and naturopathic approaches operate within and into the underlying biophysics. This led me to study the impacts that light, circadian rhythms, and the electromagnetic environment have on mitochondrial function and our health. The application of what I was learning was accessible, affordable, and fostered a greater connection to the natural world. The more I focused on mitochondrial health and the natural inputs my biology required — by redesigning my light environment, increasing redox potential, aligning with circadian rhythms, mitigating non-native electromagnetic exposure, and consuming a seasonal and local diet for deuterium management — the more I experienced sustained improvements in my health and resilience. The lessons I learned from the fields of circadian and quantum biology provided me hope in a period of darkness and instilled a sense of wonder and continuous passion for understanding how our bodies work in interaction with their environments.
What REGENERINT Is
The purpose of REGENERINT is to research and apply insights from biophysics to create a healthy environment and lifestyle. I am passionate about continuous learning, and sharing what I learn with others so that it may inform their own decision making. With board-certification in applied quantum biology from the American Naturopathic Medical Certification Board and armed with skills as a certified health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I work with individual clients — high-performance professionals, complex chronic illness cases, and physicians looking to integrate biophysical strategies into clinical care — providing personalized assessments, education, and actionable protocols grounded in circadian and quantum biology. I also advise organizations on how indoor and digital work environments affect their people, and I conduct strategic research at the intersection of electromagnetism, cognitive security, and institutional resilience.
My work draws on both halves of my career: the analytical methodology and systems-level thinking from intelligence analysis, and the mechanistic understanding of human biology from biophysics research. This combination is what makes my practice different from conventional approaches — and what makes my work relevant to both individuals seeking health optimization and institutions seeking competitive advantage.
To a brighter future,
Tim Hammond
